These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Your access to and use of Snack Trail (the "Service"), provided by THROWER ENTERPRISES, INC. ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the Service. If You are using the Service on behalf of an organization, You represent that You have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants You a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the Service for Your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
